Refund policy

The following return policy is valid for all orders in the United States:

To ensure there is no product tampering and to guarantee each product shipped is authentic, we do not accept returns for our products. Please make your selections carefully as all decanted item sales are final.

We guarantee each sample item to be 100% authentic fragrance decanted from the original bottle.

Defective items and/or damaged products can be replaced or refunded if we are notified within 5 days of the delivery date of your package. To report an issue with your order, please email us at info@paradisiodecants.com with photos showing the damage as we require written confirmation of any damage. We will provide replacements,  or refunds at the buyers request within 2 business day of receiving all requested documentation for damaged or defective items only.  In the event that a defective item must be returned or exchange we will provide a printable prepaid return label to your email address within 2 business days.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.

We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to apply with applicable legal requirements.
